*Can I Cancel My Order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 mins of purchase. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request if your order has not already been sent to one of our warehouses.
It is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has transmitted to a warehouse and begun processing.
If we are unable to accommodate your request and you receive the merchandise, you are kindly advised that you contact us for the return process upon receipt of the parcel for the refund.
*Can I Return My Order?
If you change your mind about a purchase or no longer need the merchandise, you can return it to us for refund provided that we receive the returned merchandise within 14 days of receipt, or before December 25th (whichever comes first) AND merchandise must be in unused condition including all hardware, instructions, any accessories that may have come with the item and is in its original packaging.
The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.
The returned items should be sent back to our warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address in our site. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.
*Do I have to Pay for Return Shipping?
If you would prefer a refund back to the original payment method, you will be responsible for return shipping. You can ship your order back via the carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refused order or orders Returned to Sender are subject to a return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee.
*What If There is a Problem With My Order?
Please promptly inspect items upon receipt, if there is a problem with your order or the item is damaged or defective you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly troubleshoot the problem for you and find the best solution for the issue. Do not send damaged, defective or wrong merchandise back to us unless instructed to do so by a rubydeal.com representative.
There is a certain situation where only 10% REFUNDS are granted:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
There is a certain situation where NO REFUNDS are granted:
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after signing.
The returned item is missing as customer use the shipping service without track number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Late or missing refunds
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal/bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway and get back to you asap.
